To enable us participate actively in the development of the Nigerian capital market, the Company was licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) to be a dealing member on the floor of the Exchange. As a strong player in the financial sub-sector of the economy, we provide Stock broking, Issuing House, Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory services to a wide spectrum of the society, which include Insurance Companies, Pension Fund and High Net-worth Individuals.  In certain instances, we have been appointed Stockbrokers and/or Investment Advisers by some of these reputable organizations.  The company’s Board and Management are made up of crop of seasoned professionals and financial managers and it has an Authorised Share Capital of N115 million, which is fully paid-up.
